This patch brings several key improvements to both the game’s performance and overall player experience. One of the long-awaited features is already in place – Instanced Battles are finally launching in Arden! Players can now conquer provinces through intense 25v25 or 50v50 battles. It's time to rally your warriors, sharpen your pikes, pick the sturdiest shields, and prepare for battle – only the strongest will prevail!
But there's more to come, as our focus is on optimizing performance and refining key aspects of the game to ensure a smoother experience, with even more enhancements coming in the future. Let’s go over all the details together:
Changed: With this update, Instance Battles (IB) are now enabled. To launch them you’ll need a Battle Totem, as before.
Together with that, the provinces that were previously captured by the guilds during the time when IBs were not fully enabled have been cleared of their owners and are now unclaimed.
Fixed: The issue with leveling skills with a skill cap has been resolved, and it now works correctly for any personality in the Combat skills tree.
Fixed: The skill point redistribution now works as intended during passive leveling and remains effective upon re-logging.
Fixed: The account inventory has been optimized, ensuring that boosters in the pack activate correctly upon consumption.
Fixed: The vulnerability that allowed players to duplicate items in trading posts was addressed.
Fixed: The chance to lose maximum durability when using the repair ability now aligns with the specified values: a 3% durability decrease with Repair Kits and a 7% decrease for jewelry. This aspect was missed during the preparation of Arden, and the change has been implemented as we see a lot of items appearing in storages again.
At the same time, repairing with a workbench does not lower durability.
Fixed: The issue with uploading files in the game client has been addressed, with the terrains being properly installed.
Fixed: Decorator's Kit packs purchased in the store now unpack correctly when consumed, with the items being added to the player's inventory.
Fixed: Adjustments have been made to the localization to refine certain phrasings.
Fixed: Adjustments have been implemented to enhance server stability.
Fixed: The maximum number of plants that can be grown in the Large Herbal Garden has been increased to 85. Players can now plant more herbs at one time.
Fixed: To prevent abuses, a 120-minute cooldown has been implemented for the /prayfor ability per account, persisting even if a character is deleted and recreated.
Fixed: Added the possibility to hide a mount in Admin Lands.
Fixed: The effects bar now automatically adjusts its size to fit all buffs and debuffs, expanding when new ones are added and shrinking when they are removed.
Fixed: The "Criminal" effect remains after the character's death, but the icon indicating the duration of the effect disappeared for players. The issue with the icon disappearing has been resolved.
Fixed: New system messages were added for various actions.
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the game, we’ve taken steps toward optimizing the game for better performance. With this update, we’ve fine-tuned the event (tick) rate to minimize packet loss, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall open-world gameplay.
